Comcast has announced that Kristine Dankenbrink has joined the company as Senior VP of Taxation. Dankenbrink as a Senior VP will be responsible for all areas of taxation at Comcast, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, planning, policy, litigation, risk management, financial reporting and compliance.
Dankenbrink was with Time Warner Cable as Senior VP of Tax before joining Comcast. She will be reporting to Michael J. Angelakis, CFO, Comcast Corp.
Angelakis said “We are extremely pleased to have Kristine join our finance team and lead our tax department; Kristine brings extensive experience on tax policies and procedures to Comcast and is well-respected in the media and entertainment industries.”
