Dish Network has announced that the satcaster is to host a conference call on Monday, March 2, 2009 to deliver its fourth quarter and year end 2008 financial results. Dish Network with approximately 13.78 million satellite TV subscribers delivering high-quality HD programming. DirecTV, the main competitor has already announced very good results and consumers and industry analysts are expecting Dish Networks results.
