Lifetime Digital has announced the launch of a new Project Runway show site on myLifetime.com and has announced the 16 designers who will be featured during the program’s sixth season. The anticipated debut of the series will be on Thursday, August 20, at 10 PM ET/PT on Lifetime Television.
The Project Runway features the first set of more than 500 exclusive broadband video clips that will be rolled out throughout season six to bring fans behind-the-scenes in ways unprecedented in the show’s history. Fans can get to know the designers with the following five types of video shot exclusively by Lifetime Digital’s broadband unit for each of the designers.
Dan Suratt, Executive Vice President, Digital Media and Business Development, Lifetime Networks said “We’re excited to introduce the Runway designers and models to the passionate Project Runway fans, we’re unveiling the designers in ways never before seen and enabling fans of the show to examine each designer’s creations and enhance their appreciation for the creativity and hard work that provide so much of the show’s appeal.”

Does anyone out there know who designed the little black dresss with the long lacey sleeves that Heidi Klum wears in the magazine/TV and on line ads for Project Runway 2010, Heidi is walking the runway with Tim Gunn w/NYC in the background.
