Jessica Samet, Senior Vice President, Reality Programming, Lifetime Television has announced that the network has ordered for six-episode of series, “Blonde Charity Mafia.” Production of the docu-series will start in Washington, D.C during September. Patty Ivins Specht and Julie Pizzi are the executive producers of the series and Jeff Kuntz is co-executive producer. The series is produced by PB&J Television for Lifetime Television.
Washington is home to some of the world’s most important power players, one group of young women dominate the social scene, an exclusive group known as the ‘Blonde Charity Mafia,’ comprised of the capital’s social heavy-hitters, Katherine Kennedy and Krista Johnson. Also featured is Sophie Pyle, an acquaintance of the girls, who is always in attendance at the charity functions thrown by Katherine and Krista.
