Globalstar has announced that it has appointed Peter Dalton as CEO of the company on July 10. Jay Monroe, CEO of the company is appointed as executive chairman. Dalton has served as a director and chair of Globalstar’s audit committee since 2004 and also has been CEO of his own turnaround management firm, Dalton Partners, since January 1989. Dalton previously served as president of the Society of Private and Commercial Earth Stations.
