The US Open Series 2008 Broadcast Schedule on ESPN2

The US Open Series known as North American hard court season, began last week. The US Open Series runs through six-week summer tennis season linking 10 ATP Tour and Sony Ericsson WTA Tour tournaments together. The US Open Series begins with the Sony Ericcson WTA Bank of the West Classic from Stanford, Calif. on Saturday, July 19, and the ATP Indianapolis Tennis Championships on Sunday, July 20. The Series will continue every weekend till final week of August.

ESPN2 covers US Open Series coverage (The eight non-Masters tournaments) with 68 hours coverage in total with 25 live coverage, about two hours on each day of their final weekends. The men and women will conclude the US Open Series in New Haven, Conn. on Saturday, August 23 and lead to the US Open in New York. ESPN2 plans for an unprecedented coverage of The US Open Series on every weekends starting from Saturday, July 19 with live WTA Bank of the West Classic till Saturday, August 23 with live coverage of The men’s final at New Haven, Connecticut.
