Time Warner Cable to add 22 new high-definition channels in North and South Carolina starting Oct.30. Time Warner is delivering all these HD channels to its digital tier and HD subscribers.

Time Warner Cable will start its high-definition expansion with few of the above channels starting end of October and will continue in November. This HD expansion is due to more than $50million infrastructure upgrade.
