Verizon Communications has announced the launch of 90 new channels which include 77 new high-definition channels to its FiOS TV lineup in New Jersey. Verizon is offering more than 100 HD channels to its consumers in Newark and Bridgeton and FiOS TV is also available in Atlantic Highlands, Linden, Sayreville, Shrewsbury Township and Woodbridge. Verizon says that it has exceeded the targetted figure and now offering its service in more than 317 Communities.
Verizon also claims that FiOS TV lineup with more than 100 HD channels is leading provider of HD channels and is more than any operator including Comcast and Cablevision in the region. Consumers signing for FiOS TV till Dec.31 will be gifted with free access for three months of three premium entertainment packages like Cinemax, HBO and FiOS TV’s Movie Package.

We’ve harnessed the vast capacity of our advanced fiber-optic network to deliver a revolutionary, new entertainment experience.”
