Verizon Communications announced that it has launched High Speed Internet Service in 17 more Massachusetts communities. Verizon High Speed Internet service is offered through dedicated line from Verizon’s central switching zone to subscribers home or businesses.
Adams, Athol, Barre, East Longmeadow, Falmouth, Hampden, Holyoke, Ludlow, North Brookfield, Provincetown, Quincy, Rutland, Shelburne Falls, Southbridge, Sturbridge and Wellfleet are the 16 new Massachusetts communities which receive Verizon High Speed Internet service and Roxbury will be the 17th Community to receive in the spring.
Donna Cupelo, president of Verizon’s New England region, said “Verizon is enabling more residents and businesses to make the high-speed connections that are important to them. Verizon’s investment in these 17 Massachusetts communities means that more customers have access to affordable High Speed Internet service, backed by the reliability and security of Verizon’s network.”
